Production Process
Raw Material Preparation: Main ingredients can include potato flour, corn flour, or a mixture of other flours. The ingredients are measured and mixed evenly in large storage tanks.
Mixing Flour and Water: The flour and water mixture is transferred to a mixer to create a homogeneous blend. Seasonings or other additives can be added at this stage.
Dough Kneading: The mixture is sent to a kneading machine to form a pliable dough.
Shaping: The dough is processed through an extruder and cutter to form snack pieces with the desired shapes and sizes.
Baking or Frying: The snack pieces are baked or fried to expand and cook them. This process can use oil or be oil-free, depending on the product type.
Seasoning: After baking or frying, the snacks are seasoned in a flavoring machine. Seasonings can include salt, cheese, garlic, onion, or other flavors according to taste and product requirements.
Cooling and Packaging: Seasoned snacks are cooled and sent to an automatic packaging machine. The final products are packed in bags or boxes, ready for shipment.
