Automatic Snack Production Line

Components of the Production Line

Crusher
Grinds grains into powder. Powder size can be adjusted (40–80 mesh). Dust-free production process.

Mixer
Mixes powder raw materials with water. High-speed, leak-free, and easy to operate.

Twin-Screw Extruder
Processes raw materials into puffed snacks. Equipped with automatic temperature control. Different molds create various snack shapes. PLC control system. Alloy steel screw.

Dryer
Dries and bakes snacks. Automatic temperature control with a range of 20–160°C. Options: electric heating, gas heating, diesel heating, steam heating. Made of stainless steel.

Seasoning Machine
Coats snacks with seasoning for better flavor. Sprays powdered seasoning and liquid flavoring onto snacks. Adjustable speed for different products. Made entirely of 304 stainless steel.
