Compact Size
The GB model features a single platform with dimensions of only 8400 x 3150 mm (G3015B). The machine has an open structure allowing the working process to be observed. Materials can be loaded from the front, left, or right side.
High-Quality Carbon Steel Welded Frame
Through simulation and analysis of static and dynamic mechanical properties, the main body is welded with high-quality structural carbon steel with a tensile strength of up to 500 MPa.
Dual Pneumatic Clamping Head
The clamping head features wireless control, one-touch clamping, and automatic alignment. The clamping force is stable to firmly hold heavy pipes. A concave support is also used to hold the pipes.
HSG-NEST Software
HSG-NEST operates as standalone software without needing a network. After importing detailed graphics, messages, and sheet dimensions, the nesting process starts immediately. Related processing reports can also be generated.
Intelligent Dual Control System, High-Speed Operation
A gantry-style dual servo drive system is applied to ensure high speed, high accuracy, and high stability for the entire machine during cutting.
Servo Proportional Gas Valve
Uses an imported 3-in-1 proportional valve that is durable under high pressure and stable. Different auxiliary gases are connected and automatically switched during use.
