YD220 Hydraulic Transmission Bulldozer
The YD220 hydraulic transmission bulldozer features advanced technology, modern design, powerful performance, and high efficiency. It is built to withstand harsh working environments and allows for easy maintenance and repair.
This machine is primarily used for pushing, excavating, backfilling, and handling loose materials in sectors such as road construction, railways, mining, and airports. It is an essential piece of equipment for national defense projects, mining development, urban and rural infrastructure, and water conservancy construction.
Key Features
Engine: Equipped with a CUMMINS engine that meets China's Tier II non-road emission standards. It offers strong power, high efficiency, energy-saving capabilities, adaptability to various diesel fuel qualities, and low maintenance costs.
Transmission: The gearbox uses a planetary gear structure with hydraulic valve control to switch between forward, reverse, and different gear modes. It adopts a multi-disc clutch, hydraulic engagement, and forced lubrication, providing three forward and three reverse gears.
Cooling System: A sealed system maintains internal pressure to improve coolant evaporation temperature and cooling efficiency. The fan, powered by the engine, provides forced airflow to enhance heat dissipation.
Electrical System: Waterproof connectors, upgraded relays, and molded gauges effectively reduce electrical faults. The integrated control box combines the A/C system, electrical components, and instrumentation, ensuring a sleek and efficient interior layout.
Chassis: The main frame is welded from high-strength steel plates and connected to the rear axle housing, offering excellent resistance to impact, bending, and torsion. High-quality welding ensures long service life.
Undercarriage Suspension: The oscillating beam suspension structure connects the beam to the frame and walking system, effectively transferring operational loads and enhancing stability, especially for small bulldozers in complex conditions.
Custom Attachments: A variety of blades and attachments, including straight-tilt blades, U-blades, angle blades, coal blades, rock blades, sanitation blades, rippers, and towing frames, can be installed to suit specific job requirements. Optional LED work lights improve night-time visibility, ensuring safety and reliability.
Cabin: The hexagonal cabin provides spacious interiors and wide visibility. Optional ROPS/FOPS structures are available for enhanced operator safety.
