Kneader/Banbury Mixer – 2 units
The mixer chamber is expanded, with increased rotation speed and inverter control. Equipped with a pulse dust removal device.
Bucket Conveyor / Feeder
(Double-chain, fully enclosed structure) The mixer and conveyor are linked for synchronized operation.
Twin-conical Screw Feeder with Thrust
Hopper height with pneumatic insulation settings. Oil-heated thermal insulation. Electric push-pull structure, pressure feeding nozzle with temperature control. Trough screws feature decorative chrome mirror finish. Rotation mode uses a reducer gearbox for speed reduction. Motor upgraded to 18.5 kW. Integrated linear guide rail.
Single-screw Extruder
Permanent magnet synchronous motor. Vertical gearbox. L/D ratio of 20:1. The single-screw barrel has an internal screw core for water supply. The 500 mm-long feeding section is water-jacket treated. The single-screw barrel uses segmented water cooling. Copper pipe diameter increased. Entire screw barrel is treated with 38CrMoAlA nitriding, surface hardness HV950–1050, nitriding depth 0.6–0.75 mm, brittleness not exceeding level II.
