Outstanding Advantages of the Natika 450W Feather Plucking Machine:
High Power 450W: Unlike most 2-clamp feather plucking machines on the market with only 200–250W, this model is equipped with a powerful 450W 775 sealed copper-core motor for superior durability and performance.
Upgraded Spring-Loaded Clamps – Larger & Longer: The elastic spring design prevents bending, cracking, or breaking of clamps. The larger, longer clamps ensure more efficient feather removal.
Waterproof Design: A special rubber sealing ring around the machine body protects it against moisture, extending its service life.
3 Adjustable Screws: Allows users to fine-tune clamp settings for optimal results.
Durable Scratch-Resistant Housing: Made of premium ABS plastic, thicker and sturdier than conventional models.
Clean Feather Removal Without Skin Damage: Efficiently removes fine down, fluff, and pinfeathers from ducks, chickens, geese, and other poultry without scratching or damaging the skin.
How to Use the Natika Handheld Feather Plucking Machine:
Slaughter the poultry, then dip it in hot water at 70–80°C to open pores. Manually remove the larger feathers first. (Note: Do not soak too long, as this may make the skin soft and prone to tearing.)
Connect the machine to a power source and switch it on.
Continuously glide the two clamps across areas with down or fluff. When the clamps become clogged with feathers, loosen them using the side adjustment screw to remove the debris.
Once plucking is complete, turn off the machine and unplug it.
